Same as traditional but more subtle in flavor and effect. Besides the earthy and grassy tastes, it also features salty, nutty, and oat accents at the end.
Taste: Mild flavor (Not too strong, perfect for beginners)

About yerba mate:

Yerba mate is a traditional beverage from South America.
Best consumed in a small 150-250ml (5-8oz) gourd or cup with a filtered metal straw but can also be infused using a tea bag, coffee drip (not recommended for cuts with a lot of powder) or french press.

Natural and healthy energy drink
A good alternative to coffee (no coffee jitters/anxiety) and tea (way less fluoride, perfect for heavy tea drinkers with back pains).
Rich in antioxidants, minerals and nutrients that help the immune system, it also gives a steady boost of energy and improved mental focus.
Contains saponins that have anti-inflammatory properties.

Not recommended for those who don’t like bitter/earthy/leafy/smokey flavors (varies per brand), sensitive to caffeine (this is milder than coffee), and pregnant women.
