2. Ship or deliver item to our physical store for service. Please contact customer service for the delivery address, please take note:

– Receipt needs to be sent together with the item to enjoy the warranty service, charges will apply if receipt is not included.

– Attach your name, detailed address, and contact number, so that we can send the repaired item back to you.

– The back and forth shipping/delivery fee is shouldered by the customer. If there is any maintenance fee that needs to be paid by the customer, it needs to be paid ahead before the releasing of repaired item. For details, our customer service will be in touched.
