Processing ORDERS
Orders are shipped from Holy using the available expedition. Orders made before 17: 00 a.m. will be delivered on the same day.

We have the right not to follow up the order process if you have not made payment. We also have the right not to follow up the order process if the item is out of stock, however, the item’s availability system or file. We’ll cancel your orders and your money back 100% at Shopeepay.

If you have checkout but have not made payment within 24 hours your order will be automatically expired. You can make new orders again but we can’t guarantee you on the availability of the item.

Size CHART
We are obligatory of you to check the size chart on the last slide in every product you’re going to buy. That way you can measure the right size, because each product is different in size chart even though you have bought it before. We’ve measured every product we’ re going to sell so that there’s no mismatch just because we don’ t see the size chart.

Return & EXCHANGE
We accept complaints if we make a mistake in your order, we have the right to return your money 100% or replace the correct item. We don’t accept exchange of items if you don’ t fit the size of the chart, so we’re obliged to check the size of the chart before buying. We also do not accept exchange of items if you don’t like it you can review the items you receive at will.
