15 day return policy ?

Our 15 day return policy applies to all purchases, except for customized items, mattresses, pillows, cushions, paintings, carpets, artificial plants, floor lamps and desk lamps, and other decorative items.

For customers who need to return their items, we kindly request that you carefully inspect them on site. If you find it necessary to return the item, please provide us with additional photos or videos and contact our customer service for assistance. Thanks for your understanding.

From the date of receipt until the 15th day, customers can arrange for returns, but during this period, a 5% restocking fee will be charged for returns. For more detailed information, please read our terms and conditions.

Return process ?

Once the returned items are returned to our warehouse, they will be inspected. If the product is intact, we will process the refund within the next 5-7 working days and notify the customer via email.

If you are not at home when planning to pick up the car, our third-party courier will arrange another visit and charge a compensation fee of RM150, which will be immediately deducted from the refund amount.
