Odae Rice’s geographical features of Cheorwon, a clean region acknowledged by the Korean Ministry of Environment. It has rich nutrition and flavor created by the large diurnal temperature range, clean water and fertile red clay with highly glutinous due to the dense structure of the grain. It is also rich in protein, vitamin B and minerals, which contains rice bran water and rice powder made from Cheorwon Odae rice. Rice bran is a thin layer of peel produced in the rice polishing process and has a high content of protein, vitamins and minerals. Rice bran water is different from rice extract and is filled with the nutrition of rice bran. It helps brighten and nourish the skin and enhances radiance.
