– Custom greetings MUST be written in the notes at checkout NOT IN CHAT
– If you don’t write a request in the note, it will be processed according to the default of the bokubox: the outside is “happy birthday” the inside is “plain”
– Custom outside MAXIMUM 10 words, inside MAXIMUM 30 words
– Custom logos can be individual as long as the logo is 1 color and sends READY TO PRINT VECTOR FILE (pdf/cdr/eps/psd format)
– Once the goods are ready, we will send them immediately without asking for design approval first
– Custom size / design / box color minimum purchase 30pcs (ask admin first)
– If the goods have not arrived but the status has been sent, please ask the nearest expedition directly
