It is a dust free hair bleaching powder that can lighten hair upto 8 levels
To use: Mix 1 part of powder to 2 parts of oxidizing in 9% or 12%. Let it sit on the hair for 30-45 minutes and rinse off with cool water. Avoid scalp area
TIP: Best mix with KOOPLEX No 1 Bond recombinator to lessen the damaging of the hair, 10ml kooplex for every 50-75grams of bleach powder
