We ensure that every plushie we send is cleaned and sanitized. Each plushie undergoes washing and disinfection before being shipped, with exceptions clearly communicated.

Plushies without visible dirt and with a paper tag we apply a disinfectant spray for added cleanliness.

Human error might lead to occasional oversights – minor imperfections or tiny specks of dirt may escape our inspections. Rest assured, any noticeable issues are openly disclosed in advance, allowing you to make informed choices.
