Our coffee pouches come with a zip lock and a one-way valve that lets carbon dioxide escape while keeping oxygen out. This helps prevent staling and keeps the beans fresh and free from bacteria. While we continue to search for the most eco-friendly packaging, we kindly ask that you recycle our coffee pouches.

?? Roasting Schedule
We roast small batches of different coffee varieties weekly to ensure freshness. As a roast-on-demand roaster, we use sales data to better match our supply with demand. Our beans are typically ready for release 2 to 5 days after roasting, giving them time to degas and develop their flavor. Depending on the coffee type and roast, degassing can take anywhere from 3 days to 3 weeks before the coffee is ready to brew.

Though we take great care in manually sorting our beans, there may still be occasional foreign materials such as stones or twigs in your purchase. While this is rare, we recommend checking your beans before grinding to prevent any possible damage to your grinder. We’re also in the process of acquiring coffee bean destoners to enhance quality even further!

Our goal is to provide our customers with access to premium, high-quality single-origin coffee at an affordable price, without the need for any overhype. We’re focused on delivering a premium coffee experience that consumers typically find in well-known cafes, allowing them to enjoy and recreate that same experience in the comfort of their own homes.

Shelf life: 1 year. We recommend consuming within 6 months once opened for optimal taste.

Store in a cool dry place, out of direct sunlight. For maximum freshness, store in an opaque, airtight container.
