One bottle of Chef Hadramout spices can be used to cook 10-13 kg of Rice.
Chef Hadramout “Spice” can also be used to cook chicken, meat and even fish dishes.

How to Prepare Chicken/Meat/Goat Biryani Rice.
1- Heat oil in a pan then saute 4 spices and shallots until crisp. After that, add 2-3 spoons of Hadramout Chef Biryani Spice & saute until fragrant.
2- Then add the chicken/meat into the stir-fry and mix until the chicken/meat is half cooked. After that add the rice and stir until the rice is half cooked.
3- Add liquid milk, chicken cubes, pandan leaves, cashews, raisins, and water. – Leave raisins and cashews for decoration
4- Stir once in a while and let the rice dry & when the rice is dry reduce the heat, wait until the rice is cooked.
5- Finally, when the rice is cooked, expand the rice with mint leaves and sprinkle coriander, cashews and raisins as garnish.
