Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Items are checked for quality by our supplier and our team, packed carefully and safely before shipment. We are not liable for damaged items due to courier negligence.
We offer FREE replacement for defective item for only 7 days, but you need to ship back to us the defective item at your own expense before we ship a new one.
For defective freebies (FREE items), the buyer should shoulder the shipping fees to replace a new FREE item (because it's only given away for FREE).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and a detailed picture of the damaged or defective item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email/text message to notify you that we have received your returned item. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged within 7 days. We do not allow replacement of good working condition and confirmed order items.
