FOR PERFUMES, scent quality may be affected by the conditions of transit. If perfumes our exposed to heat, scent quality may be affected. We suggest to let the perfume rest and store in a dark place for about 3 to 5 days to ensure that the quality of the scent will improve.

FOR PERFUME DECANT, The main bottle is Authentic but was transferred to a 10ML bottle which was sourced locally. This allows perfume lovers to try the scent first at low cost and save themselves from spending money on a scent that they do not prefer. Labels are also personally printed to a Vinyl sticker. We are also sealing each decants with shrink wrap to prevent accidental opening of bottles during transit.

FOR OUR UKAY/THRIFT CLOTHES, we try our best to make it as presentable and hygienic as possible. We laundry wash it to ensure cleanliness and hygiene and we may or may not iron/steam the clothes for presentation purposes. Due to lighting, the color may also vary. Sizing may vary as well, we just based the sizing on what was indicated in the tag and advise if there may be visible variances between what was in the tag and how it actually looked like so please make sure to read the description.
