°We always do quality check of the product before sending it. Unfortunately certain items such as chocolates are fragile and easily melt due to our climate & courier do not have cold storage. We suggest to place the product in the fridge for 1-2hours before consuming.

°Do not blame the seller for damaged item because we do not know how the courier handled it, specially shopee orders. It takes 2-5days in transit.
